Recipe for Bean Bread

1. Focus and Review

Over the last few weeks we have been studying how to multiply and reduce fractions in math class.  In reading we have read lots of different kinds of texts, including recipes.  Today we will use what we have learned about fractions and reading recipes to prepare a traditional Cherokee meal.  The meal will include: bean bread, cabbage, fatback and fried potatoes.
